Enlightened Beauty started a unique daily schedule during a website revamp. They moved to a 4-day work week that alternated each week. Because of this, we focused on educating clients as well as drive them to the website during business ours. We leveraged our social marketing campaigns as well as ramping up Google Ads mid-week. This increased our average website visits to rise and peak Thursday and Friday. Organic searches drove up during this time, leading to an increase of services being scheduled or last minute slots being filled. This push helped with brand authority, reach, and cemented the new website in the Google algorithm.
Google Ad Campaign Focused on Boosting Services
Created a small, but hyper-targeted google ad campaign for the local hair and nail salon, Enlightened Beauty. They were new to the Google ads world and we kept the concept simple, focusing on repetition and brand authority in services that most potential clients were not aware of. This target were clients looking for a clean and complete facial.
This campaign ran for a few months, focusing only on the days and hours they were open. The price was set low and led to nearly 100 calls. Translating to an 80% average turn on investment and 30% increase in new client retention.
Newsletter Boosting New Client Services
To boost client retention and additional services, we created a series of monthly newsletters centered around under performing services and targeting clients who had not been in for a while. This filled open slots as well as averaged an additional $2,000 in income the week the newsletter dropped.
